  • Based in Palm Bay, Florida since 2014, Shapes Manufacturing is a nationally recognized, high value-add, provider of contract manufacturing solutions for metal-based components and assemblies. Wayne has over 25 years working with Manufacturing Companies to establish financial and operational stability and profitability.
• Tom Murphy, Global Manager of MIS at McGean
  • Based in Cleveland, Ohio, McGean is a privately held specialty chemical company actively involved in developing, marketing, manufacturing, and selling chemical solutions to the global aviation maintenance industry and the specialty chemicals market. The Company is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Singapore and China. Tom joined McGean 3 years ago and is responsible for all things IT from Cloud to ERP to Information Security.
